Wavervanir

Disclaimer

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

Last Updated: May 8, 2026

This Disclaimer applies to all content, platforms, and Services offered by PuppyTiger LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as WaverVanir International (“WaverVanir”). By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following disclosures.

1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

All content is published for educational and informational purposes only. WaverVanir is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, futures commission merchant, or licensed financial professional in any jurisdiction. No content constitutes personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, futures contract, option, foreign exchange, commodity, or digital asset.

You should consult a licensed financial professional, attorney, and tax adviser before making any decision based on our content.

2. No Offer or Solicitation

Nothing on the Services constitutes an offer to sell, solicitation of an offer to buy, or recommendation regarding any security or financial instrument. Mention of an issuer, ticker, asset, or strategy is not an endorsement.

3. Forward-Looking Statements

Our content may contain forward-looking statements, projections, or expectations. These are based on assumptions that may not hold. Actual results may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update forward-looking statements.

4. Hypothetical Content and Educational Chart Studies

All trade ideas, setups, alerts, signals, “Pravo’s posted trades,” “Pravo’s IDEAS,” chart studies, options flow analyses, and similar content published on wavervanir.com, in our Telegram channels, in our email and SMS communications, and in any other channel are hypothetical and educational in nature. They do not represent real positions, executed trades, or fills in any account managed by WaverVanir or its founders unless explicitly labeled as such with timestamp and account-level disclosure.

Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations, including:

  • The benefit of hindsight in selection of examples
  • The absence of actual execution, slippage, and liquidity risk
  • The absence of the financial and emotional pressure of live trading
  • Survivorship and selection bias in which setups are highlighted

Past performance, simulated performance, hypothetical results, and back-tested data are not indicative of future results. Where any percentage, win rate, or success metric is published, it is illustrative of a documented methodology rather than a guarantee of any individual user’s experience.

5. Risk of Loss

Trading and investing in financial instruments — including but not limited to stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, and digital assets — involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage and derivatives amplify both gains and losses. You may lose some, all, or more than your initial investment. Algorithmic and automated systems do not eliminate risk and may produce losses without warning.

You should never trade or invest funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.

6. Algorithmic, AI, and Quantitative Systems

The DSS, VolanX, gamma-exposure scanners, LSTM/GRU models, ARIMA models, fractal forecasting, smart-money-concept indicators, and other quantitative or AI components (“Systems”) are research and educational tools. They are not portfolio-management systems, brokerage services, or financial products. Outputs of these Systems are statistical and probabilistic and should not be relied upon as definitive trading recommendations.

Model output may be incorrect, delayed, or unavailable. Data feeds may be inaccurate or interrupted. We make no guarantee of timeliness, accuracy, or completeness.

7. Author Conduct, Performance Standards, and Communications

Section 7 describes WaverVanir’s aspirational publishing practices. It does not create a contract, warranty, representation, or enforceable commitment, and grants no private right of action. The CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct is cited as a guidepost for our editorial voice; it is not adopted as a binding contractual standard. No user, subscriber, or other person may enforce these practices as a third-party-beneficiary right.

Our founder is a candidate in the Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program and, as such, is required to observe the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct, which the CMT Association has adopted for its members and candidates. WaverVanir’s publishing practices reflect these professional norms as aspirational guidance for our editorial voice. Reference to the CFA Institute Code does not imply endorsement, certification, or affiliation with the CFA Institute or the CMT Association beyond the founder’s candidacy.

In furtherance of these aspirational practices, we observe the following:

7.1 No Misrepresentation

We do not make false or misleading statements about our credentials, services, or the qualifications of our personnel. References to professional designations, certifications, or program candidacy are stated factually and without exaggeration.

7.2 Fair Performance Presentation

Where we publish performance figures, methodologies, or success metrics, we do so with sufficient context to permit a reasonable evaluation, including time period, calculation method, and whether results are hypothetical, simulated, or live. Where the basis for a metric cannot be fully disclosed in line with these aspirational practices, we do not publish the metric.

7.3 Distinction Between Opinion and Fact

Analytical statements published by WaverVanir are framed as opinion and are subject to revision as conditions change. We do not represent technical or quantitative views as foreknowledge of future market behavior.

7.4 Material Conflicts and Author Positions

Authors of content on the Services may hold or transact in the securities, futures, options, or digital assets discussed. Where an author holds a material position at the time of publication, or has transacted in the relevant instrument within the 30 days preceding publication, that position will be disclosed in proximity to the content. “Material position” for purposes of this disclosure means a position equal to or greater than five percent (5%) of the author’s investable net worth, or any position the author reasonably believes is likely to influence the analysis. The existence of a disclosed position does not by itself constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation.

7.5 Hypothetical Labeling

Trade ideas, setups, and alerts are labeled “Educational” and “Hypothetical — for illustrative purposes only” except where expressly identified as a real account fill with corresponding documentation.

7.6 Communication Authorship

Each substantive alert, post, or analytical communication identifies its author or, where the content is generated by an automated system, identifies the system. Automated communications via @VolanXBot are disclosed as automated under California Business & Professions Code §17941.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Services may include links to or content from third parties (e.g., TradingView charts, news headlines, broker platforms). Inclusion does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or practices.

9. No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVERVANIR AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT. THE LIMITATIONS IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.

11. User Responsibility and Indemnification

You assume full responsibility for your trading and investment decisions and outcomes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WaverVanir and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your decisions, or your violation of any law.

12. International Use

The Services are operated from the United States and intended primarily for U.S. residents. We do not solicit users in jurisdictions where doing so would require licensing we do not hold. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with your local law.

13. Material Connections and Endorsements

Where we promote third-party products or receive compensation for endorsements, we disclose the material connection in compliance with FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).

14. Trademark Notices

CMT® and Chartered Market Technician® are registered trademarks owned by CMT Association. PuppyTiger LLC, WaverVanir International, and the founder are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the CMT Association beyond the founder’s enrollment as a candidate in the CMT Program. Other trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.

15. Jurisdiction and Arbitration

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the binding arbitration and class-action waiver provisions in our Terms and Conditions, including the public-injunctive-relief reservation set forth therein.

 16. Changes

We may update this Disclaimer at any time. Updates take effect when posted with a revised effective date.
